They promised hot water, but it wasn't available, and whenever we asked, they had to bring it in buckets. Part of the lodge was still under construction. During the winter assembly, they charged triple their usual cost and held an auction, with only the person willing to pay more getting to stay. That's wrong business practice. This was the worst experience I've ever had, and I wish I could give it minus stars.

The hotel's location near the railway station is good, and compared with Nagpur, it's the best. The food is muumha.

The rooms are overpriced, the service sucks, and there's a problem with almost everything. They'll take the full payment even if you stay just one hour more. A very bad experience.

The house felt old and haunted, and the rooms smelled awful. There wasn't even a working toilet flush. The worst place to stay.

I checked the room availability in person to avoid any trouble, and they quoted Rs.1800 for a non-AC room. Since the online price was Rs.1000, I said I'd book there. They blocked the room straight away, so it showed as "Sold out" before I could finish booking. When I pointed that out, they said online bookings weren't allowed. Terrible customer service.
