I’ve been coming here for over two years. It’s a decent place for a stay of a couple of days, with room options from deluxe to smaller ones at different prices. The staff are polite and helpful, and room service is good. Cleanliness has been a bit up and down, though nothing too bad, and everything else is in good condition. Getting around is easy from main Wardha road if you rent a scooty or car, and cabs are an option too. Breakfast is included if it was part of your booking, or you can order food yourself. I’d recommend it for friends, family, or couples.

The TV didn’t work, and I had to call four or five times before they provided the hotel bill. Breakfast kept getting delayed even though it had been promised. The staff were hopeless: two men and one woman, and one of the men had no manners when speaking to customers. They came across as completely fraudulent.

Everything was very good overall. The staff were polite and their hospitality was great. Food came on time, and there were extra food benefits too.

I booked this hotel for an official trip to Nagpur after seeing its Google rating, but the room price didn’t live up to the hype. It’s far from the station, with no restaurants or amenities nearby. Breakfast was only poha and chai, and 1.5k for one person with breakfast doesn’t feel worth it. Service was awful. The room wasn’t cleaned or kept hygienic, even after I handed over the keys and asked them to clean it. The staff seemed lazy and didn’t care about attending to guests. Towels and soap weren’t provided or replaced daily, and the room wasn’t cleaned each day. This was my worst experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying even one night.
