We only stopped for one night on the way from Mumbai to Varanasi, but the rooms were very dirty. The bedding felt extremely sticky, like it hadn't been changed for a long time. Dinner at the restaurant was good, but don't try breakfast. It was just horrible, with shortages of everything at 8:30am and a broken piece of plastic in the steamed idli. I wouldn't recommend it.

It only really works for a long layover because it's close to the airport. Our key card failed several times, the hotel felt deserted with very few guests, and the washrooms were dated. Not good value for money.

I felt very unsafe here after money went missing from my bag, and I believe the cleaning staff stole it. The rooms were dirty, old, and poorly maintained, the food was unhygienic, and room service was very bad. Don't waste your money. Not recommended.

Getting around was easy, with the metro accessible and the airport very near. The room was clean and nice, and management were polite and helpful. Food tasted good, though it was quite costly. A pleasant stay.

The AC didn't seem to work properly, and even at top speed the fan wasn't enough to keep me cool. I was sweating all night. When I first came into the room, it already smelled bad, and the washroom wasn't clean either. The rooms are in pretty bad shape.
