The bedsheet and washroom bucket were very dirty. They first quote one fee, then after checkout call and tell you something different, harassing you.

The rooms were dirty, and the same bedsheet was reused again and again, even after couples had used it. Staff were rude and service was poor. They didn't provide a towel or mosquito kit, and the charges kept going up day by day. I also wasn't given a hotel bill, which I need to claim expenses with my company. Don't waste your money, there are more options in dighori.

This was the worst experience I've had with any hotel. They confirmed my online booking, then said they don't accept OYO bookings and asked me to book offline for a higher charge. When I asked them to speak with OYO support, they ignored me and wouldn't answer the OYO phone either. Then they blamed OYO for the whole situation. Strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
