Don't prebook online. Counter booking is the best option, since no hotel in Nagpur accepts OYO bookings online. This is a budget hotel near the railway station, a little off Central Avenue road. The building looks quite old from outside, but the rooms are in fair condition for the price. Room service was fine, and the staff were cooperative and helpful. It's a suitable spot for official trips or a family stay. There's no kitchen, but the staff can bring food from outside if you ask.

I felt cheated. The room service was very poor, and there wasn't a phone in the room. The hotel itself is very old and sits in a car mechanic market area, where it's hard to sleep by midnight or 1 AM. We booked breakfast for the morning, but it made things worse. They served samosa or poha wrapped in newspaper with cold tea. A terrible OYO experience.

I've been staying here since 2010. It's a good budget hotel with cooperative staff, and the railway station is very close. Room service is really good, though there's no kitchen inside. I always feel at home here.

The room was in terrible condition. Staff wouldn't replace the used bedsheet, the toilet flush and shower didn't work, and they'd put pieces of carton over the window. OYO is fooling customers.
