The hotel is near Cotton Market metro station, and it felt like good value for the money. They offer lots of services, and if you call, someone can be at your door within about 15 minutes. The place is newly renovated, so you might run into an issue with the keys. Otherwise, I had a wonderful stay. Do visit.

The one thing going for this hotel is its spot on the main road, near the station. Otherwise, it was a very bad place to stay. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and no one even offered to carry our luggage when my mother and I arrived in Nagpur for a two-day stay. I didn't feel it was suitable for families. It seemed couples were being allowed by the hour, and I was concerned that IDs weren't being checked because many women kept their faces covered and no one appeared to ask them to uncover them. Service was zero.

The GPS pin is wrong, and the property feels so eerie you could think you were in a haunted room. It's an old place under renovation and not suitable for staying in at all. None of the rooms had decent bathrooms, WCs, or wash basins, yet they charge 1800 to 3000. Hats off to MakeMyTrip for listing this without checking.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were so friendly. What more could you ask for?
