Our family enjoyed the five days here, and the property was decently maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, though a little slow. We found a noticeable bad odor in the toilet in Room No. 405, which needs attention. More breakfast choices and a wider selection of dine-in options would make the stay better. Thanks to the team for making us comfortable. I’d recommend the place.

The convenient location and good room couldn’t make up for how disappointing the service was. Over our 3-day stay, staff were inactive and slow to respond, and we had to ask repeatedly for basic room cleaning. When they did clean, the bedsheets weren’t changed and the bathroom was still poorly cleaned. Hygiene overall was below expectations, and staff didn’t seem open to suggestions or feedback. Even getting drinking water or receiving online deliveries was a struggle. The receptionist said guests had to collect parcels themselves because management policy didn’t include delivery service, even during regular daytime hours. It made the stay unpleasant. Management should improve cleanliness, service, and staff responsiveness for future guests.

We had a horrible experience, and the customer care was poor. The hotel is in a densely populated neighborhood. The first room had a foul smell in the bathroom, so we were moved to another. Mosquitoes kept coming through the bathroom window. We ordered takeout and asked for plates and cutlery, but they offered paper plates and disposable cutlery, saying the proper plates were kept for morning breakfast. Breakfast was included in our stay. Rishabh said at night that the chef would arrive around 8:15 and decide the menu, but the chef never showed up before we had to leave, so we skipped breakfast. Must avoid this hotel.

The room and service problems made this a waste of money for me. The washroom was unclean, the sheets were dirty, there was a bad smell, and hygiene overall was poor. Housekeeping was slow and didn't respond properly. Food arrived cold, tasted bad, and felt overpriced. When I asked for replacements, nobody followed up, and the restaurant staff were rude and unprofessional. The front desk offered no real help, and my complaints were ignored. I stayed at Hotel Parahar Max, Nagpur and was very disappointed with the service, food, cleanliness, and staff behavior. The rooms weren't maintained as well as the facilities claim. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with better service and hospitality available at other places nearby.
