The dining was a highlight: fresh, well-prepared food with a good range of options, and room service arrived promptly with presentation that exceeded my expectations. My room was clean, well maintained and thoughtfully designed. From arrival, the welcoming, attentive staff made check-in smooth and hassle-free; their friendly, professional manner set the tone for the stay. I really enjoyed it. From Melbourne.

We had a terrible stay. There were no towels or glasses, and even after we asked, no dustbin appeared. The balcony was dirty, and there was no rule against partying at night, so sleep was disturbed. Some switchboards had no covers. The rooms seemed unfinished, with broken door knobs and doors that didn’t lock properly. Food service was terrible, though the food itself tasted good. The Wi-Fi was intolerable. Some staff were polite and helpful, and they moved us after we complained about the first room. The stay seemed to be run by kids who weren’t very knowledgeable about hospitality.

The balcony has a good view, but there’s no space to sit and relax. The queen room was so small you could only think of staying one night, and the balcony and bathroom doors were in very bad condition. Electricity went out every 15 minutes, and service was pathetic. You have to ask for even the smallest things. The hotel looks attractive in pictures and from outside, but it’s poorly maintained. Consider it only for an overnight stop when you just need somewhere to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Once we arrived, the view from the balcony over green valleys and layers of mountains was worth enjoying. The road there was dangerous, like a one-way road in places. Drive only if you can handle blind turns neatly, pausing and coordinating with people coming the other way. Parking was available, though you have to clean it yourself. The staff seemed cordial, but not up to metropolitan city standards, and the stay was comfortable if you can manage some things on your own. The water went off once and we had to wait for it. Evenings and mornings were a little cooler. They allowed our pet to stay with us, and she enjoyed running around. If you want to cherish what’s in the moment, go ahead. Sometimes the little things don’t bother you when the bigger view takes over. 🤗🙏
