Waking up to the hills each morning was so refreshing. The rooms were spacious, very clean, beautifully designed, and had breathtaking views. From the comfortable beds to the thoughtful amenities, everything felt carefully done. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice, and the restaurant staff were attentive and courteous. The welcome was warm and professional from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth, and the staff kept making sure we were comfortable. Their smiling faces really lifted the day and helped us feel calm. They were great about arranging activities and offering local recommendations, too. I had a memorable, relaxing stay at Sterling Shivalik Chail, and it felt absolutely worth it. I'd recommend it for a peaceful getaway and would love to visit again.

The food was beyond what we expected, especially the breakfast, which had an amazing variety. That's impressive given the challenges of supply, storage, handling, and cooking in such a remote location. Thanks to Raghvinder, Vishal, Mukesh, and everyone we met in the front office, room service, and F & B. We spent four days and three nights in Chail with family a few days ago. After reading reviews and gathering what information we could, we chose this place, and it turned out to be a great decision. Sterling Shivalik Resort is a quaint property in the Shivalik Valley between Chail and Kufri. It's a handy central spot for visiting Chail's tourist attractions or heading to Shimla, Kufri, or Narkanda, yet the setting felt like wilderness at 7000 ft, in the middle of nowhere. The rooms have modern amenities, including a TV, hot water, and radiators. The staff take pride in their work and are responsive and helpful. We had a few minor issues, but they sorted them out quickly. If you're looking for a place to stay in Chail, book a stay at Sterling Shivalik at Chail.

We had a very quiet stay, with lots of natural light and a mountain view from the balcony. I ended up extending our stay because the rooms were spacious, the service was great, the food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. There was also a dedicated play area with lots of indoor games, plus an open lawn with kids' amenities and bikes for adults. Mr. Vishal and Mr. Bobby were always helpful. Our toddler became friends with all the staff, especially Mr. Vishal. The only thing that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi. Even with two routers in the corridor, the signal in the rooms was weak. This place is definitely on our list to visit again.

What made Hotel Sterling Shivalik Chail feel special was Mr. Vishal’s warm, attentive service. The property is lovely too, clean, calm, and set in a beautiful spot. If you want a quiet break with staff who really care, Mr. Vishal deserves a mention.
