A pleasant, budget-friendly place to use as a base for exploring nearby spots. The river and mountains close by are an added plus, and the property has a scenic view. Staff were okay, though the room amenities and facilities were lacking. At this price, don’t expect too much.

The views are beautiful ❤️. Our rooms were lovely, and the HK team looked after cleanliness and hygiene well. The front office handled everything smoothly from check-in through check-out, and the service team was quick. Great experience, recommended for families, friends, or business trips 👍.

The calm, elegant ambiance made Kingdom house a relaxing place to stay. My room was spacious, clean, well maintained, and had what I needed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the restaurant’s food was delicious with plenty of choices. The team were courteous and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I was impressed by the hospitality and service, and would highly recommend a visit.

The staff made this stay memorable. Everyone we met was friendly and attentive, and the service felt personal and prompt. They seemed to anticipate what we needed, which showed how much care they put into hospitality. Kingdom Heartz also has a clean, inviting atmosphere and is beautifully maintained. The lobby and our room both felt peaceful and relaxing. We had a very welcoming experience from arrival through checkout, and would gladly return. Highly recommended.
