Champions Bungalow

The owner was friendly, cooperative, and helpful, and the staff and caretaker were polite. Everything was clean and the room service was awesome. They arranged affordable pickups and drops to the national park gates, and also offer lunch and dinner. The food is good and reasonably priced. I’d recommend staying here when visiting RamNagar.

The food is very good, and the owner is humble and polite. They can arrange a pickup and drop from the railway station as well as to the safari pickup point. That point is about 6 km away, though it depends on which zone you’re visiting.

This old bungalow has been turned into a homestay, and you can appreciate its construction and the photographs on the walls. The sit-out areas are lovely for morning sun or evening bonfires. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are humble and helpful. It’s a very good place near Jim Corbet National park, especially if your safari is from the Jhirna gate region. Champions Bungalow felt like a home away from home, and I had a great time there. It’s wonderfully quiet, with birds chirping through the day, so it suits anyone looking for peace. The bungalow was built by an ex Forester with natural aesthetics in mind. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and cook and caretaker Debu makes delicious food. You can order food from outside too. Our host Sushant ji was very helpful and took great care of his guests.
