The lake is so close that our parents walked there every day, and the balconies all had lovely views. The villa was clean and well cared for, and the food suited what we wanted. Do try the barbecue while enjoying the lake view. We came with our family of nine to celebrate our niece’s first birthday, and everything went smoothly. Mr Puran ji, Mr Deepak ji, Mr Vijay ji, and the rest of the team took great care of us. We had a memorable stay.

The photos on the website gave a much better impression than the place itself. The rugs and carpets were extremely dirty and seemed never to have been washed, and the bathrooms were old and shabby. The internet router made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. The food was poor, especially the non-veg dishes. My husband and son-in-law both got food poisoning. The cook and helpers didn’t wash their hands or bathe before cooking. A bad experience.

At Irayna by ELIVAAS, everything felt clean, comfortable, and in order. The property was clearly well maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful the whole time. I had a really pleasant stay and would happily return. Recommended for a relaxing break. 😊

The staff were cooperative, and the cook’s delicious food was the icing on the cake. The property is well equipped and maintained, with a serene, wonderful view of Bhimtal lake from its position. One small thing to fix: the health faucet pipe sizes in all the bathrooms need reworking, and the toilet seat on the lowest floor should be corrected. I’d recommend staying here. All the best 👍
