The arrangements were very poor. We were meant to leave at 8 a.m. for a temple visit, but without electricity we couldn't turn on the geyser. The owner said we would have to manage without power, and in the end we left late.

We booked four rooms and found the rooms too small, with dirty bathrooms, stained pillows, and burnt, dirty sheets. The rooms weren't ready before check-in, and used towels had been left in the bathrooms. There was no toilet paper, and water stopped running early in the morning. We had to carry buckets of water up from the ground floor, and the staff didn't help. Parking was very congested, the staff were uncooperative and lazy, and the extra bed was terrible.

Drinkers wandered around the hotel gallery at night and caused a lot of disturbance. It didn't feel safe for individuals or families. The staff acted like goons when asked for service, and there was no room service or laundry. They didn't even change the sheets or pillow covers. The geyser didn't work, there was no WiFi, and no parking. If you have a two-wheeler, they move it around and damage it.

The lake is very close by, and the rooms were neat and clean. The staff were polite and attentive, and the service was very good. Manager personally came to welcome us to the room.
