Mr. Vinod provided the best service, and Ms. Khushboo at reception looked after us well. Mr. Kailash sir managed everything very nicely. I had a pleasant stay, with clean, comfortable rooms and polite, helpful staff throughout. A great experience, and I'd recommend the hotel.

Traveling with our little one was much easier because they prepared fresh baby food whenever we asked. The food was delicious, and Prateik and Vinod deserve a special mention for their care and attention, going out of their way to make us comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality felt warm and welcoming. The location is convenient and has a lovely atmosphere. It was a wonderful stay, like being at home away from home. Highly recommended.

I would stay here again, perhaps at the end of December or when I hear it's snowing. The staff were courteous and went out of their way to help, and some were very quick to assist. Special compliments to the beautiful eyed girl at reception, who treated us very nicely. A few things could be better: when we arrived late at night the kitchen was closed, which was fine, but cold drinks or soda would have been useful since they need no preparation. Heater availability and condition could improve, and staff seem to need permission before sorting that out. Some rooms had no phone to call reception. The Airtel STB hadn't been recharged, and the remotes weren't working properly. The green chutney with snacks could also be thicker. Good luck.

In the dining area, Prateek and Vinod served efficiently, paid attention to detail, and offered helpful recommendations that made our meals better. Ms. Khushboo was courteous and quick to help whenever needed. Manager Mr. Karan handled the visit smoothly from check-in through departure, with a professional, attentive manner that made us feel valued. Their teamwork and warmth made the stay memorable.
