Ms. Kirti Bisit deserves special appreciation for being courteous and welcoming, taking great care of guests, and making dining pleasant. Her professionalism and focus on customers really added to my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, and I found it very comfortable. Food quality was excellent, and the restaurant was run efficiently. Thanks to the whole team for the warm hospitality.

The staff at Blue Sapphire Countryside were polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Their warm, professional approach made the stay more enjoyable. The hotel is peaceful and well maintained, with clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. I'd recommend Blue Sapphire Countryside if you're looking for comfort and good service.

This is only about the restaurant. We went for a late Sunday lunch and were the only diners, but the service was poor. The chairs had spilled food on them, and we had to ask for replacements. We ordered North Indian food, which tasted okay, but the prices didn't match the quantity or quality. For around 15-20 percent more, you could eat at ITC fortune and get far better ambience and service, with 100 percent more fulfillment.

This was my second visit, and the place seems to get worse each time. Room rent is high, possibly among the highest in the area, yet a Kinley water bottle marked 18 Rs was charged at 54. Service is pathetic: reception staff are busy chatting and don't even offer to bring bags from the car to the room, despite several reminders. The one bright spot has always been seeing Deepa in the restaurant area.

Pooja Sehdev made arrival easy by taking good care of the paperwork. I liked the atmosphere, and the rooms were in very good condition, so the stay was excellent. The food could be better, and they could probably add more breakfast choices.
