Hotel panorma feels like a SCAM with online bookings. They take the full amount in advance, but the rooms are NOT AT ALL WORTH IT. The rooms are small, dirty, and stinky, with no proper lake view. They say you’re getting a room with a balcony, but when you arrive the rooms are suffocating. Do NOT DO any Advance bookings, they cheat you.

They show pictures of a balcony room to draw you in, but when I arrived I got a room without even a window and with No private balcony. The rooms are small, dirty, stinky, and suffocating, totally DIFFERENT from WHAT THEY SHOW YOU IN PICTURES. The PRICE IS NOT WORTH FOR ROOM. Mr.Upadhyay Charged almost full amount in advance only, and now there are no refunds and he doesn’t even talk on the phone. SCAMMERS, do not get trapped! The location is worst too, Kilometers away from Bus stand, with no service or anything.

The property manager was too drunk late in the evening to listen to concerns about the service or guest experience, and the staff were dictating. The rooms were very small and dirty, with a bad smell and mosquitoes. My extended weekend was wasted, such a disappointing experience.
2/10
Zero, zero, zero. The place was stinky, uncleaned, and unhygienic, with safety issues and inflated prices. Not worth the cost, and the staff were unprofessional and unaccountable.

I booked a premium room, but when we got to the property they denied it and gave us a basic room. The room was small, there was a water shortage, and hygiene was an issue, with dirty bedsheets and bathrooms. The bathroom jet spray and spouts leaked, and the service wasn’t good. A very bad experience. Spend your money at another property.
