This is only for hotel manager- Akshat G. The manager was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Their leadership showed in the smooth running of the hotel and the friendly attitude of the staff. I had an excellent experience during my stay and especially appreciated the manager’s outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was handled efficiently, and the manager made sure guests felt comfortable and well looked after. Their dedication to high service standards made the stay memorable. I highly recommend this pleasant, well-managed hotel. Special thanks to the manager for going above and beyond to make the experience wonderful.

This was my second stay at Shiva Solace Resort, and it exceeded all expectations again. The service was excellent, and everything was well managed and beautifully served. The stay felt warm and comfortable from start to finish. Every meal was wholesome and satisfying. The food was freshly prepared in-house, and its taste and quality were truly outstanding. Mr. Ramesh deserves special thanks for his exceptional hospitality and personal care. His attention to detail and courteous manner made the visit even more memorable. I’d highly recommend this peaceful getaway for its excellent service, and I’m looking forward to coming again.

Those lake and mountain views made the stay feel special, and the peaceful atmosphere was just right for a getaway. Bhimtal Lake is only a short walk away, so it was easy to head out for a quiet stroll by the water. The meals were fresh and delicious, and the staff were warm and made sure we were comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it for a relaxing visit.

We came as a group, and the team handled all the arrangements and coordination smoothly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were cooperative. Everyone was welcoming from the moment we arrived, just as they had been on my previous visit to Shiva Solace, Bhimtal. The food was delicious, thanks in large part to Aryan Rathore. He never made any of our requests feel difficult, and he and the whole team helped make the stay easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Shiva Solace.

The clean, well-kept rooms and freshly made, comforting food gave the place a homely feel. The staff were caring and ready to help, and the peaceful views made it easy to relax and feel close to nature. A lovely place to slow down. I’d be happy to return.
