Getting to the hotel was awful, the approach is a really steep slope, and there was nobody around to help with our luggage. The room was cramped and dirty, with barely enough space for two people. They didn’t provide toiletries, and in the morning no one was available to switch on the water heater. Worst stay I’ve had.

A very good hotel, and Aman and Ajay were supportive and helpful 🥳

Really good service and hospitality. Best hotel in nanital.
2/10
The building and rooms looked beautiful, but hygiene was nowhere near acceptable. We had no hot water, the blanket wasn’t clean, and service was a complete mess. Then, while I was sitting on the bed, I spotted a blue, button-shaped spider about 3 cm long running across the bed where we were going to sleep. I was terrified it might bite us and couldn’t sleep that night. Don’t waste your time or money here.
