The room smelled of sewage when we came back from outings, so I had to ask for room freshener. They had it ready, and it seemed like this happens every day. The bedding and towels were dirty too, including the sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels. For the high room rate, the condition was terrible. This was the worst hotel I've encountered for cleanliness and basic hygiene, so don't be fooled by the fake reviews.

For the price, I expected a decent room with working basics, but even those were missing. I was promised an upper-floor room and instead got one on the 1st floor. The first room they showed had no running water at the sink or toilet, and the geyser wasn't working. After I complained, they moved me to another room on the 1st floor, still without a view or basic amenities. The toiletries were just a tiny slice of soap. They couldn't arrange a toothbrush or toothpaste when I asked, and there was no kettle either. My stay at Hotel Cloud 7 was very unpleasant and far below expectations. I wouldn't recommend it unless the service and facilities improve seriously.

The room and toilet were dirty, including the mattress and bed, and the cleaning service was very disappointing. I booked through agoda at a much higher rate than the usual off-season price. The location is near bada bazar, and close to both naina devi temple and mosque.

The staff were good and responded as soon as they could. The location was okay and suited walking around. I had a nice experience at the hotel.
