Great family rooms, a great location, and great service.

The glasses were so unclean that we had to wash them ourselves. While doing that, my friend cut her hand and bled for a while. The room wasn't properly cleaned either, the towels hadn't been washed, and there was a used pad beneath our bed. Staff were rude and uncooperative, and seemed to try to con us in every possible way. If you stay, check every bill twice, though I don't recommend staying here. We asked about the price and ordered dinner, then found an extra 30-40 rupees added per item when we were leaving. That amount isn't the main issue, it's the behavior. They also told us about their "terms and conditions" around midnight, when we had nowhere else to go. It was annoying and could spoil your whole mood and night. We stayed one night and had an awful experience. I haven't exaggerated any of this. There are plenty of better hotels at better prices.

The location is prime, and the hotel is hygienic and clean. Staff are well dressed and take proper care of guests. It felt like good value for money. I'd personally ask people to visit and give the hotel a chance to serve them with proper accommodation and service.

The rooms were spacious, and the staff friendly. It was a comfortable stay overall. The food was okay, though its quality could have been better. Highly recommended.

They list a lower price on Agoda, then refuse to acknowledge the booking. The manager's behavior was disgraceful, and he was rude and uncooperative.
