A special mention to Lalit (manager), who was warm, polite, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a nice mix of comfort and elegance. Everything went smoothly, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.

We'd love to visit again, and had a very comfortable stay. Even with the hotel full, Mr.Tarun singh made things more comfortable for us. Thanks to him and the hotel's well trained staff.

The staff were helpful and cooperative, and the property was beautiful and clean. I stayed there for three days while touring Dhanachuli Nanital. It's easy to reach, right in the city's main market, and has a canteen serving food. There are Wi-Fi and balcony rooms, and the window rooms have a nice view. My room had a large window and a balcony.

Lalit Bhai went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, and I'm grateful for his help. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the service and hospitality made my stay wonderful. I'd highly recommend the hotel for a memorable visit.

We stayed three days in two executive rooms and loved it. The rooms were really large and had the best amenities. Lalit manages the property very well and takes care of customers. Barkha was sweet and very helpful, with an eager-to-please, positive attitude that left a good impression. The hotel is right in the middle of Mukhani Chowk, conveniently placed among the important places in Haldwani. We'll definitely stay here again.
