I paid in advance a week before my stay and shared that I’d arrive around 1 a.m. But when I got there at about 1:30, Saransh, the host, said the room I had booked had been given to guests who extended their stay, and he’d only have it for me the next day. He put me in another room with mosquitoes in the bed and a dirty bathroom. The people who own and run this property, Saransh and his dad, were unprofessional and unreasonable. My family and I were also treated badly. There are only two good rooms and everyone seems to want those, but not everyone gets one when they arrive. I even saw cockroaches in the kitchen. Avoid this property if you don’t want your family trip and happiness spoiled.
