Finding the hotel was difficult because it was far away and there was no signboard or direction marker. My stay was very disappointing. I found hair in the Maggi, the fan in my room didn't work properly, and there was no running water when I woke early and needed the bathroom. The room felt suffocating. They really need more staff to manage the hotel.
It's a quiet, peaceful spot for a day or two, if all you want is to relax. The caretaker was very courteous and willing to help however possible. Bring your own transport, though, since the property is a little off the road.
The food and service were good, but the location was a real problem. Google Maps doesn't show the precise spot, and without the phone number you can't find the place. The food is also very expensive.
For a peaceful stay in Nakuchiyatal, this is a lovely place. I've been twice, and the staff were helpful and very nice. If you're coming with two to four friends, ask for the third-floor room with two double beds. It's awesome.
The property and its construction are nice, with a good atmosphere and amenities. The staff are supportive too. It's quite far from the market and shops, so it's better to bring some food along.
