Breakfast by the water became something we looked forward to each day. The restaurant meals were flavorful and well prepared, served in a peaceful setting overlooking the lake. The hotel itself has a calm, refined feel, and it was lovely to sit by the lake or simply enjoy the quiet. Our room was spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with big windows that brought in natural light. The lake view was breathtaking, particularly in the early morning and late evening. The bed was cozy, linens crisp, and cleanliness was clear throughout. The property, including the rooms, walls, and cafe, was beautifully maintained and designed. Staff were polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Check-in was quick and room service prompt, all handled warmly and smoothly. The peaceful lake, fresh air, and natural surroundings made arrival feel like an escape from routine. A memorable stay by the lake.

The location is prime and the food is good, but the rooms aren't worth what they charge. Room service was poor and the staff didn't clean properly. Most of the time there weren't tables available for hotel guests, as reception seemed more focused on outside restaurant visitors.

The location and food were both exceptional, and there's an in-house cafe as well. The staff were great and did their best to help with whatever came up. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is spot on, the food is so yummy, and the staff are always ready to help. Vikki and Amit were especially helpful, from little requests to taking our birthday family pictures. It felt more like staying at a relative's house than in a hotel. I stayed here with my parents and sister, and it was one of the best stays in Nainital. Thanks for the hospitality. I'd definitely come back soon.

It's right on Mall Road, facing the lake, and the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, with good portions and nice presentation. Rooms are comfortable, and some have a lovely lake view. The staff were friendly and courteous, and there's a bakery section with a good selection of delicious items. Parking is very limited. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.
