Our room had a lovely view, though the hotel is quite a way from Mall Road. They offered pick-up and drop-off there, with the final pick-up at 9 pm. After that we'd need to make our own way back, but taxis are easy to find. The rooms were attractive, all appliances worked, and there was hot water around the clock. Room service was good. It's a clean, tidy hotel with polite staff and budget-friendly rates.

The free pick-up from the toll gate, right next to talital bus stand, was handy. We stayed for four days and had a peaceful, easy time thanks to the service. I'd give it 10/10 and recommend it 😊

The staff were polite, the room was well kept for the price, and the food was amazing. They also had scooter rentals available. We had a good stay and will come back when we're in nainital.

The rooms looked very old, and the mug and bathroom were dirty. After seeing the room's condition, I decided not to book there. One plus is that they offer a free pick-up from Mall Road when you go there to visit.

We came with family, and the kids really liked the spacious rooms and the terrace view. It's close to Mall Road and the main attractions, yet quiet at night. We'll come back.
