The staff were cooperative and the food was decent, but I wouldn't count on much else being good. The place felt dirty and unhygienic, and we weren't told by our travel agency that it was 25 kilometers from Nainital. Getting there on winding mountain roads was frustrating, and the chilly location was a letdown. The heater they brought was ancient and barely warmed the room, yet cost Rs 500 per night. Avoid this hotel.

The Himalayan scenery and quiet surroundings made the distance from Nainital feel worthwhile, and I loved the natural beauty here. The view is breathtaking. Food was delicious, and room service was prompt and good. It gets extremely cold at night, so bring extra winter clothes. Highly recommend a visit.

Inder did a great job managing everything, and Vinod is a brilliant chef who makes delicious food. The rooms are spacious, the place is beautiful, and the staff and service were excellent.

Waking up to the mountain views through the windows was unforgettable. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A lovely spot for a nature getaway, highly recommend it.

The room, bed, towels and bathroom were dirty, and the geyser was faulty. We booked two nights but left after just a few hours. The staff, at least, were quite polite.
