The play area was a big hit with our children, and the quiet setting and family-friendly feel made our four days in Bhimtal memorable. Hotel Maya Regency is away from the crowds in a peaceful, scenic location. Our clean, spacious room was well maintained, and housekeeping was excellent throughout. The food was the biggest highlight: we tried a range of dishes over the four days, and every meal was fresh, tasty, and made to our requirements. Quality, taste, and service stayed excellent. Thanks to the kitchen and restaurant staff for their effort and hospitality. Mr. Rohit was helpful from the very beginning, promptly answering our calls before we arrived and assisting us throughout the stay. His courtesy, professionalism, and dedication to guests made a real difference. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Hotel Maya Regency to families and anyone after a comfortable, relaxing break. Thanks to Mr. Rohit and the whole Maya Regency team for making our trip so enjoyable.

We enjoyed the peaceful setting and beautiful hill views at Hotel Maya Regency Bhimtal. The room was clean and spacious, the staff were polite and ready to help, and the food was very tasty. A great experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Bhimtal.

The staff are good, but the building feels quite old. The back area looks like a haunted yard 👻

The owner had the nerve to reply by denying the feedback. Whoever owns the place, please check with your staff. We called and showed them the termite infestation. Other reviews also mention the rooms' substandard quality. I'm writing this to warn people so no one else has to go through what we did. The hotel was pathetic: no housekeeping, a poor bathroom, no cleaning at all, and termites. Further along the same path there's a fabulous resort, chirping hills, priced a little more than this awful hotel. It's set in a forest and has a large dining area and a play area for kids.

The staff and location were decent, but the property could use a lot more care. The stairs and garden weren't well maintained, and the hotel lacked any real atmosphere. Cleanliness needs improvement too. Breakfast was very basic, just 2-3 items, with nothing special. I'm still staying here with my family, from 4th June to 7th June, and so far the experience has been just okay, nothing memorable. Management should focus on cleaning and improving the overall feel of the place.
