Nainital Willows - Lake View Rooms

The location looked appealing in the pictures, but the reality was noisy, with no effort to make the stay peaceful. At Nainital Willow Nainital ( MayVilla Compound, Zoo Rd, Tallital, Nainital), my stay was a disaster from start to finish and a complete waste of money. The room was in terrible shape: dirty bedsheets, stained walls, and a musty smell that made it hard to stay inside comfortably. It felt like basic cleaning hadn't been done in weeks. Online amenities were missing or didn't work. Wi-Fi barely worked, hot water was inconsistent, and property maintenance was extremely poor. I would strongly advise anyone considering Willow Nainital to look elsewhere unless they want to ruin their trip.

Near Nainital Lake and Mall Road, this hotel seems like a peaceful place to get away from the bustle of everyday life. It looks like a lovely spot to relax, with breathtaking views. If you're after a quiet escape, it could be a good option to consider.

Breakfast was my favorite part, especially the freshly made aloo paratha and the morning tea. The room was well kept, the staff were good, and it was friendly for children.

We paid 4,500 INR for two rooms for five people, and a room heater cost 300INR. The balcony view from the top floor was nice, though the lower floors may be different. The person attending to us was kind and helpful, and their responses were cooperative. The rooms and washrooms are a bit old, but we had a nice stay.
