Mishra Ji deserves special thanks for his humble, helpful manner. He handled things so well and made us feel welcome throughout our stay at Orchid Nainital. The staff were polite, supportive, and ready to help, which made our trip more enjoyable. We found the rooms comfortable, the surroundings beautiful, and the atmosphere peaceful and clean. It was a great experience, and I'd recommend Orchid Nainital to anyone looking for comfort and good hospitality in Nainital.

We left after paying in advance for two days, because the conditions were unacceptable, and only got the refund after a heated argument with the owner and other guests. The owner was rude and uncooperative. On a freezing night we were left without electricity or hot water with our kids. The flush didn't work, and although there were two toilets in the room, only one had a geyser. For a hotel in a hilly area with harsh weather, relying on an inverter without a DG set for backup is inadequate. Electricity and hot water are basic needs, especially for families with children. This shows poor planning and a lack of responsibility for guest safety and comfort. A very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to families.

The food and service were excellent, and they lifted our experience from a 4.5 to a full 5. Our family would like to come back if we get the chance.

Traveling as a family? This is the suite I'd book. It was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the Owner and staff were very accommodating with our needs.

Parking is a big help in Nainital, and Orchid Nainital by Ginising Hotels provides it. The room service was nice, and the stay was good for an affordable price. Just be aware that getting that budget rate may mean giving up a hill or mountain view. A good value stay overall.
