I'm glad I'm changing my rating after my friends told me the caretaker had problems with them and asked for extra money, even though they'd already paid for the stay. After we left, she also called some random guy. Is that how a caretaker should look after a home? Honestly, find someone else who'll do the job properly and fairly. She said she didn't have a smartphone, but then took photos of the dirty bedsheets and sent them to OYO customer service, claiming we'd used extra sheets. Seriously, what do you expect in winter?

This property is Fern Cottage and Villas, a heritage property owned by Ashok & Alok Shah, not a stand-alone building. It is not Fern Cottage. Despite several requests to the owner, we'll have no choice but to take legal recourse if the duplicate use of our property's name continues. For bookings, contact Bhaskar at +917830899112.

The cottage was beautiful and the landlord was kind. But please fix the location on Google Maps. We had to carry our luggage up the slope on foot for two hours.

It's a comfortable 2BHK, with all the amenities. Just know it's self-service.
