OYO 48406 Hotel Dark Clouds

We were really disappointed when we arrived. The rooms were filthy and in poor condition, and the property didn't match the pictures the owner had sent. The staff behaved badly too. It felt like customers were being cheated. Very bad hotel.

The food was only average, and being made to pay the full room amount before we could enter was inconvenient, especially considering the state of the place. Our room had no hot water despite being told basic facilities were available. The bedsheets looked unclean and were in very poor condition, the attached bathroom sometimes had no water, and no towels were provided. I stayed one night with my team. The service was poor, and the hotel lacked cleanliness and proper management. It needs to improve its service quality.

The water supply was a problem, the rooms were extremely dirty, and the staff were awful. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend booking here.
