Resort De Coracao

Darshini and Priyanka were especially kind, always greeting us with a sweet smile. The staff's hospitality made everything more comfortable, and the food came with plenty of delicious choices. The resort itself is beautiful, well maintained, and surrounded by lovely views that help you relax as soon as you arrive. We had a wonderful stay, and it exceeded our expectations.

The food was delicious and filling, with a balanced, nutritious taste. Chef Mr. Jeevan, Mr. Pradeep, and F&B manager Mr. Shrawan were especially skilled and receptive. We were there with 176 stds, and everything from check-in and housekeeping to dining, activities, Hi Tea, and check-out was handled perfectly and on time. The whole staff was prompt whenever we called. Thanks again to everyone at Resort De' Coracao for the warm hospitality. Regards, Team Every Square Inch

The staff made our stay memorable: Sovindra Singh ji was attentive and helpful, Himanshu* was friendly and efficient, **Vikash* consistently polite, Darshani gave us a warm welcome, and Chandra Prakash kept things running smoothly. Chef Pradeep and Chef Jeevan also deserve a mention for the delicious food. Our room was spotless, fresh, and comfortable throughout, thanks to Chandan ji's excellent housekeeping. The game zone was tidy and well-guarded, so it felt safe and enjoyable. The resort was clean and well maintained, with peaceful surroundings and a beautiful ambience. I highly recommend Decoracao Resort, Jim Corbett for a relaxing getaway. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable.

The food, landscaping, and parking were good, and I liked the slightly remote setting. But our stay in a Jacuzzi cottage was a letdown. It was sweltering when we checked in, and the AC units couldn't cool it properly. Power shuts off completely when you leave, so the room was like an oven whenever we came back. The pool closing at 7:00 PM was no use to us after afternoon safaris that got back around 8:00 PM. When we asked for a small extension, manager Balpreet Singh claimed chlorination required a 12-hour closure. I understand it takes 2-3 hours, and it could be done overnight, perhaps at 11:00 PM or 4:00 AM, to suit guests. There were dark areas around the resort, and the lights by the pool were never switched on. The in-room refrigerator also didn't work. When I raised it, staff gave excuses instead of fixing the problem. Excuses seemed to come before hospitality here. I wouldn't recommend this property or return.
