The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the cuisine is mouth-watering. The team leaves no stone unturned when it comes to serving you. One of the best hotels in this region, and I'd love to come back again and again.

The staff were very cooperative and the food tasted very good. I've never seen a room this huge in any hotel.

The AC is 3rd grade and nobody takes responsibility for it or anything else. The service is the worst, like the hotel is running on Ram Bharose. I hope MSD group chairman reads this. Anyone can visit room no 207 in shiva palace in Pantnagar, where we're waiting for the temperature to drop from 35 to at least 24.
