A Garhwali folk dance near the evening bonfire by the pool was excellent, and the staff made our stay feel welcoming throughout. Mrs. Manisha Singh at the front desk helped with our booking, arranged a better room as requested, and suggested local activities. Mr. Narayan promptly brought extra bedding and blankets whenever we asked. The day and night security guards were friendly and helpful too. The resort sits on the main road and National Highway, so it’s easy to reach, with ample parking for cars and tour buses. Though convenient, the grounds are lush and green. A smaller Kosi river runs behind the property, with a large sunny ground where you can sit and enjoy the quiet. Hot air ballooning, bungee jumping, and Jungle Safaris are available nearby. Our room was spacious, with an attached bathroom and kitchenette. Dental and shaving kits and slippers were provided, though the lighting stayed a bit dim even with every light on. We only tried breakfast, which was average, but good restaurants are within walking distance. It was a fun weekend overall, thanks to the riverside setting, cultural performance, and service. I’d recommend it, though the room lighting and breakfast could be better.

We booked through Park Holiday's, and the stay was amazing. Even with the storm leaving the place understaffed, they still made sure we had an excellent experience. They also helped arrange our jungle safari and other activities. The food was fabulous and absolutely delicious.

I left as soon as I saw the property’s terrible condition and couldn’t stay there. It was old, dirty, and poorly maintained, with rooms in bad shape and unpleasant surroundings. The place looked nothing like the online photos. The manager spoke in an extremely rude, unprofessional way and made an already frustrating situation worse instead of helping. My booking amount was wasted, so I strongly advise people to avoid this resort. It isn’t worth your time, money, or peace of mind.

There’s a river behind the resort where you can enjoy the natural scenery. The staff are humble and supportive, and the place is easy to find from a distance and easy to reach. It’s near ram nagar, jim corbett national park.
