Comfort Inn

The only good thing was the location near Namakkal main. Inside, mosquitoes and ants made sleep impossible, and there were no repellents. The bathroom was poor, the TV didn’t work, the fan controller was faulty, and the AC behaved unpredictably. Even the cloth hanger for the bathroom was oddly placed outside the room. The main sliding gate fell as I tried to close it. Thankfully nobody was hurt, but it could have injured someone, especially a child, and my car inside could have been badly damaged. There’s only room for one car. When I asked staff for help, they blamed me and said they couldn’t help because the “room guy’s back wasn’t good.” My colleague and I had to lift the gate ourselves and somehow get it fixed. The staff were no help. UnComfort Inn is aptly named, a complete disaster. Stay far away.

It was hard to find Comfort Inn, though there is parking inside the building. The bedsheets and restroom weren’t hygienic, but there was hot water for bathing, and both AC and a fan were available. It’s an okay place for a day or two.

I don’t know why they charge rent for a room with such poor service. Staff seem to ignore you unless you give them tips, and service, cleanliness, and behavior all need improvement. It was just okay and didn’t feel worth the money. I expected better.

The room was nice, but there wasn’t much else in the way of service. The bathroom locks don’t work, so it’s not suitable for a family. For bachelors it’s a good place. The AC units weren’t in good condition, though they did work.
