Don’t book here. The sheets and pillow covers were stained, and the old mattress was broken. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the bathroom fittings were corroded and stained. There were mosquitoes in the room. The TV didn’t work, and there was no Wi-Fi. Even Airtel users couldn’t get network coverage. When we asked about cleanliness, the staff didn’t seem to have a clue.
I usually don’t leave negative feedback, but this stay was awful. The receptionists were rude and arrogant from the moment we walked in, acting more like goons than hospitality staff. Their attitude ruined the whole experience. I can’t recommend this hotel.
A cozy, budget friendly place in Nanded. The rooms are maintained, though the plumbing could use some replacement.
The rooms were good and everything else was fine, but the staff were really arrogant. We were paying cash, and they rudely insisted we pay online.
