Mr Arun and the team were very cooperative while our guests were staying. He even found alternative accommodation for guests who needed an early check-in and helped them feel comfortable. The hotel itself was amazing, with hospitable staff, great food, and spacious rooms. Kudos to the team.

Nice place with clean rooms, a good view, and amazing staff. I left my Bluetooth speaker behind, and Shaju called me the next day to let me know. He even went out of his way to courier it back. That was such a kind gesture. One of the best resorts around Cherai Beach.

The pool was good, the rooms and surroundings were neatly maintained, and the staff were very cooperative. It's close to the beach and a decent stay for the money. Breakfast was cooked in house and was good. They didn't offer lunch or dinner, though, and I wouldn't recommend food from the restaurant they're teamed up with.

The rooms were neat and clean, with an excellent beach view from the balcony, and the service was good. There's no security staff at the hotel, though. Otherwise, it's an excellent option for families near cherai beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cherai Beach View Heritage Sea Pride in Cochin and would recommend it for a peaceful, scenic beach visit. The hospitality was top-notch, with courteous staff who were quick to help. Mr. Arun was especially supportive, and Mr. Saju's cheerful manner and dedication to service made things even nicer. The place was very clean and well maintained. It's just 50 meters from the beach, and our balcony had a stunning, clear sea view.
