The only thing I'd change is breakfast, which was quite basic and could use more variety. Anyone expecting a luxury buffet spread may be disappointed. We stayed at Ginger Hotel Thane with my family for three days from 27th February, during a relocation, and had a lot of luggage. The manager on duty noticed our situation and kindly upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. It had a large bedroom, a separate hall, and a balcony sitting area, and was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel was clean and well managed, and the staff were courteous and supportive. We had a super awesome stay and felt well looked after during a hectic time. Highly recommended.

The front desk team, especially Krishna and Minhaj, made check-in smooth and hassle-free, and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Their hospitality was commendable. Ginger Thane is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located near Thane railway station. It's a fantastic budget-friendly choice, particularly for business travelers. I had an excellent stay and would definitely choose it again on my next visit.

Krishna, Minhaj, and Puja made sure everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. They were warm, quick to help, and professional through check-in. I was pleasantly surprised when they helped upgrade my room, making the stay more comfortable and special. Great hospitality and customer service, highly recommended.

It's a nice hotel, but it doesn't quite meet Ginger standards compared with the other locations. There's no car parking, and the breakfast choices are very limited. The taste could be improved a lot.
