The rooms are good and the location is very good. Everything seems perfect, but there's little service and not enough staff for a hotel this size.

The room was dirty, amenities were broken, and check-in was slow. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and essentials were lacking. We had to sweep and mop the room ourselves. I can't recommend it.

The cleanliness and customer service both need serious improvement. There was no hot water, and the bathroom wasn't hygienic. This was the worst hotel experience I've had, and everything needs to get better ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

The location and palace were nice, and the Millennium Plaza staff gave very, very good service. Thank you to all of them 👍

There was no room service, and cleanliness really needs to improve. The bedsheets, pillows, towels, and blankets were very dirty and unusable. There was no hot water.
