The location is convenient, right across from the bus stand. Rooms were okay, and the bathroom had hot water. There was no parking, and no place arranged for drivers to rest, so the driver has to pay extra. Service was lacking too: nobody helped with the bags, and we had to carry them up two floors ourselves.

The beds' cushions were damaged, and the rooms clearly aren't maintained. There were spider webs in every corner, and the rooms weren't properly clean. The price is much too high for the condition of the rooms.

They wouldn't let us book a room as a couple, even though online they show rooms as available for couples.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in takes a long time, and there aren't many staff. The basic AC rooms are very small, unlike the higher category ones. If you book here, choose the highest category room.

I stayed there for five or six days and had a good experience overall. The rooms are large, and the hotel has big halls that can be used for parties or functions. Staff were friendly and service was good. The one drawback is that it's on the second floor and the building has no lift, so you have to carry any big bags up yourself.❣️
