Ginger Ekta Nagar

The food was the highlight of our 3-day visit with my daughter. We ate only Jain and vegetarian meals, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and nicely prepared. The Jain food surprised us with how delicious it was, and the kitchen team kept the quality and hygiene high. Aruna, Vishal, Shailesh, and Praveen were so polite, attentive, and ready to help that we felt a personal connection with them and at home throughout the stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with cozy beds, pleasant lighting, and neat, modern bathrooms. The hotel's stylish interiors also felt calm and welcoming, making it easy to relax after a long day. We really enjoyed our stay and felt it was good value for money. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Ekta Nagar, and we’d love to come back.

What stayed with me most was how the management handled a booking error that caused us inconvenience. They took full responsibility and refunded the entire stay, with the credit coming through within 3 days. That honesty and accountability reflect the TATA values Ginger stands for. We booked 2 rooms with breakfast for a long weekend with my wife, parents, and 6-month-old son. Ginger Ekta Nagar was clean, calm, and situated between Bharat Bhawan and the Statue of Unity. There was ample parking, greenery, a kids’ play area, and hill views. The food was good, though on busy days it’s best to eat at the hotel itself. The rooms and beds may feel small for families with older children, and the breakfast area gets crowded on long weekends. For cleanliness, supportive staff, integrity, and good food, it’s a reliable choice.

The menu is limited, but the food is excellent. I especially loved the Jain options, and the breakfast buffet was tremendous, with local and Maharashtrian dishes, milk choices, and cereals for different tastes. The staff are humble, friendly, polite, and responsive, and the peaceful, aesthetic atmosphere made the stay comfortable. I’m staying at Ginger Hotel, Ekta Nagar now, and for this price range it feels like a real value-for-money deal. I love the place and have already decided to return with my family soon. Highly recommended for a comfortable, pleasant, affordable stay while visiting Ekta Nagar.

Sarthak and Zeenal at the front desk were very helpful, and Gitanjali looked after us well at breakfast. She was polite and always smiling. The newly built Ginger Ekta Nagar is in a convenient location, with neat, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the restaurant serves good food.
