We only stayed one day, and the place was neat and clean. The service came with a smile. There may not be many food choices, but the meals feel warm and homely. Recommended. Prof Nira Konar from Calcutta.

Lasaya has similar setups on both floors, with two bathrooms on each, one Indian and one western. Downstairs there are two medium bedrooms and a small one, plus a dining area, open kitchen, and drawing room. Upstairs, one bedroom is very big and the other is smaller, with the rest of the arrangement much like below. Both floors have the facilities you'd need, including a fridge, stove, and gas. The people were very nice, the service and food were good, and the place is very good for the budget.
The hostess was lovely and helped us with local sightseeing. The hotel's food was really tasty, especially the chicken curry. We stayed in the ground-floor two-bedroom space, which was well maintained and stocked with basic food and drinks. It's about a 30-minute cab ride from Bagdogra Airport.
On our return, they gave us a ride to the airport, and dinner during our stay was delicious. We were travelling to Bhutan and stayed at Lasaya Holiday Apartment, where the rooms were big and cheerful. It's a cozy place, and the caring owners live across the hall. I'd definitely suggest staying here when visiting Siliguri.
Such warm hospitality, with a really homely feel.
