Alka madam did a very good job with the cleaning, and the corridor was clean and well maintained. The food was good, and reception staff were lovely and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy, including the second check-in. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink, which tasted excellent and made us feel special. My daughters were treated kindly too, and it was a happy, memorable moment for our family. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. The shower in the room we checked into wasn't working, though proper Room 524 sewimming pool is in the middl. The swimming pool water had a chlorine smell.

The breakfast had more than 50 items, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, Indian and continental food, and live counters. Every dish was perfectly prepared, and I'd give the food 10/10. They even made customized meals for my 1.3-year-old child, a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. We were staying with our family, including our young child, and were told at check-in that a wedding would be taking place at the hotel for two days. I expected crowds and inconvenience, but it turned out I was completely wrong. The hotel kept up its service standards despite the wedding, with attentive staff across the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Valet, In-Room Dining, and Restaurant, all ready to help and going the extra mile. One of my best luxury hotel experiences. Thank you, Express Inn, for a memorable stay.

Mansi from the staff deserves a special mention. She was polite, helpful, and always made sure things were taken care of with a smile. Her friendly, professional manner made the stay feel more personal and memorable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything felt warm, peaceful, and well managed. I had a wonderful stay, highly recommend this hotel, and would love to come again.

Totally worth it for our family. We stayed at Nashik on a Goa-Amritsar-Goa road trip, and Mr Manoranjan, who leads the front desk team, made sure we were comfortable. He’s doing a great job. I’d recommend Express Inn over any other starred property in Nashik.

The food was delicious, and we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Express, Nashik. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Service and hospitality were excellent throughout. A comfortable, enjoyable place to stay in Nashik, highly recommended.
