The staff were the highlight of our visit to Hotel Rama Heritage. I stayed there recently with my wife and baby boy, and they took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. We had a wonderful family stay.

Our room didn’t even have a chair, so we had to sit on the bed for everything. The restaurant food tasted okay, but the portions were very small for the high prices. The bigger issue was checkout: my hotel invoice clearly said 12 PM, but the staff insisted it was 11 AM and threatened an extra charge if I stayed even five minutes past 11, despite seeing the invoice. The reception person was rude, argumentative, and harassing during the dispute, and the staff overall weren’t helpful or guest-friendly. That felt like false advertising and a scam. One of my worst hotel stays, and I can’t recommend it.

The breakfast had a great variety, and we all enjoyed it: Chole-Puri, mix veg Paratha, Kheer, Puri-Aloo sabji, soft idli-chutney-sambar, Modak, Kothimbir wadi, Alu wadi, Sabudana khichdi, and more. Restaurant manager Tapas Majumdar made sure we had a good experience and enjoyed the food the chefs prepared with great love. We also appreciated the cooperative staff, especially Rohan Barve, who took great care of us during our three-day stay. The parking staff were friendly, and valet parking was a great convenience. The hotel is conveniently located. We were a family of four adults and an eight-year-old, and had a great time. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Nashik.

The food was excellent, and the staff were supportive. This was our company’s second conference at this destination because of the great service and delicious food. We booked the conference hall for a meeting, and Mr. Pravin Choudhary, the hotel’s conference coordinator, was exceptionally helpful. He responded positively to every request and never said no. Special thanks to him for his dedication and excellent coordination. A very good property with extremely cooperative staff.

The room had a comfortable bed and clean linens, and I liked having a small private balcony where I could sit and take in the lively local surroundings. It’s an older budget hotel, so the cosmetic wear is noticeable throughout, but the helpful staff make up for some of that.
