House Khas Suites by OYO Rooms

Getting there was a hassle too: it's far from both the bus stand and railway station, and the auto from the station cost 150. I booked through Paytm, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The first room had a bad bathroom and an AC that barely worked and dripped water. The housekeeping staff weren't good, and the hospitality was poor. The complimentary breakfast was just poha. When we asked, they brought bread omelet, but said another serving would cost extra because it was limited. I hated the stay and hope this helps someone.

We were on the third floor and the lift wasn't working, which added to an already terrible stay. The bed linen was dirty, there was no hot water, room service, Wi-Fi, or working TV. Only the AC and bed worked. At 9 pm we asked for food and were bluntly refused. The staff were very uncooperative, and none of these problems improved after we reported them to the staff and customer care. Please don't mislead online customers who don't know what the place is like in person. If it's unmanageable, close it. I'm repeating this request, and Mr. Kaustubh Shaha can confirm it with the staff.

We stayed one night on our way to Jawhar, Palghar. It's close to the highway but still peaceful, with reasonable rates, clean and refreshing rooms and grounds, and courteous staff. HK also has a range of good apartment rooms in Nashik, other cities, and nature tourism spots, with options for different tastes and budgets.

The rooms are good since the property is new, but the service is at zero. The complimentary breakfast wasn't edible, and there's no restaurant. It's away from the city, and the hospitality needs work.
