OYO 76714 Hotel Sri Jai Palace

The room was really bad, like a jail, and it wasn't worth it. I booked two days, but my train tickets got confirmed, so I cancelled the second day. They didn't refund that day's payment.

For a budget of 1000 rs, this is a good hotel, with clean, large rooms. The place isn't very well maintained, but the staff are helpful and good natured.

The staff have a very good, helpful nature, but the hotel itself needs work. It's old, with old furniture, and isn't clean. The rooms aren't good, there's no kitchen, and hot water for bathing isn't available. Drinking water isn't provided, and they charge extra for it, which is very bad. In some rooms, the fan is away from the bed, so the air doesn't reach you there. Repairs are needed.

The room itself was good, but the shower didn't work and there was no hot water in the room. Furniture work was going on, so I couldn't sleep last night. The owner should take the initiative to improve the service. I think they're only interested in serving local people.
