2/10
The staff behavior was unacceptable, and the cleanliness problems ruined my stay. Basic hygiene and customer service were completely ignored. Avoid this hotel.

Don't book before checking the rooms. The pictures on the OYO app look nice, but the actual rooms are in really bad condition. The hotel was dirty, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. A very bad experience.

They still charged an extra ₹500 when we arrived, even though we'd booked at a lower price. The room was dirty, the beds were damaged, the mattress was very poor, and there were lots of cockroaches. A very disappointing stay.

2/10
The room was unhygienic, the toilet hadn't been cleaned, and the bedsheets were unwashed. It was a very uncomfortable stay.

10/10
The rooms were clean, and they provided extra beds along with all the facilities. They're spacious enough for friends too, and a convenient, affordable option for trips to Nashik and nearby tourist places.
