Hotel Dwarika By Vrinda

We were a group of about 100 people for a Dhwajaji Manorath at Shrinathji temple Nathdwara. Hotel Dwarika & Vrinda are the coziest family stay, with excellent room quality and amenities beyond what we expected. They’re also the closest, hardly 200m from temple gate no 2. Shakhdi The in house restaurant was excellent, and both the food and hospitality were remarkable. The receptionist, staff, and whole team supported and helped us in every way they could. I’d suggest booking here for a great experience in Nathdwara. Special thanks to Mr Jagdish singh.

The daily cleaning was very good, and I’d rate the fresh air and bathroom hygiene 10/10. Cleanliness overall was excellent. The staff were supportive and professional, and the hotel has very good customer service standards and ethics. I hope management keeps these standards up over the long term.

Great service and great rooms. They have the best hotels in nathdwara: Dwarika , vrinda , natham , vatsalya. Mr. Jagdish helped me so much with booking online at midnight when there was a glotch. Mr. Suraj at the front desk was also very polite and helpful.

I’m very disappointed after this stay. I’ve been using this chain for two decades: first Shreenath, then Vrinda, and in recent years Dwarika. The old staff were always helpful with our rooms, and we paid at checkout. My family and I usually stay three to four nights each trip, not just one. Three months ago I called to book and was told to do it online. The website showed one category, Royal club, and Krishna Ben told me to choose it. I booked two rooms and got confirmation, but they weren’t the rooms we normally take. They were club class, and nobody explained that until we were at the hotel. Even the Royal club rooms on the first floor are very small, with tiny windows. My senior-citizen father and my uncle found it very difficult to sleep there. After so many years as a customer, it hurts that the booking staff and others didn’t show respect to old customers and senior citizens. I’ve also booked by phone before. Please stop taking longtime customers for granted and be clear from day one. Show accurate pictures on the booking site and assign decent rooms from the start instead of making people change rooms. Krishna Ben, Maya Ben, and the others handling Dwarika, I didn’t expect this from you. I’m thoroughly disappointed in everyone. I hope the manager and staff take this seriously and handle bookings more carefully.
