Courtyard By Marriott Navi Mumbai

The food could have tasted better for a venue in this price range, though service was prompt and courteous. We were there for a wedding at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai, and the event was organized well. The function was on the 3rd floor, with dining on the 6th, which helped keep the crowd moving. The setting is modern and well kept, and the washrooms stayed clean throughout. Its location beside DY Patil Stadium is a real plus. A little more attention to the food would have made an already well-managed event experience better.

We had asked in advance for a 5:30 AM airport transfer and were told Shadan would coordinate it, but no confirmation ever came. When morning arrived, we called several times and nobody picked up. We were staying at the Courtyard by Marriott. We managed to arrange our own ride, but the lack of follow-up and an unreachable front desk created needless stress before our flight. I'd like to know why the request was dropped.

Mosquitoes were the one issue I ran into, I was bitten several times during my stay. Maybe that's to be expected in this location, but the hotel could consider doing something about it. Apart from that, I couldn't fault the place. I flew in from the UK for a family wedding, and the venue, staff, and location all worked well. The team was professional and efficient, the hotel and bedrooms were spotless and very high spec, and the food was exceptional with plenty of choice. It helped make an already perfect wedding ceremony even better.

The bathroom floor needs attention urgently, especially in the shower, where mold was starting to show. Please look into it. After a long flight from Toronto, we landed in Mumbai to amazing service, and the buffet was yummy.
