Fabhotel Sunshine Residency

The area is a slum, and the whole stay at "FAB SUNSHINE RESIDENCY" was the worst experience. I checked in on 10th Jan for one night after booking through agoda. In my special instructions I asked for a neat, clean, odour-free room, and selected a non-smoking room with a large bed. My room was ROOM NO. 201, but there was a constant smell of smoke in the corridor. No towels or toiletries were provided, the toilet seat was broken, and there was no stool in the washroom for bathing. I found cockroaches in the room, the AC didn't cool properly, and the instant geyser wasn't working the next morning, so there was only cold water. Breakfast included just two options, you could pick one, and the quantity was limited. The TV also didn't work properly. I asked for half a refund and they seemed least bothered. There was no cooperation.

The room was tiny, and the blanket smelled so bad that I had to ask for another one because I couldn't use it. The tap was awful too. The hotel is in an industrial area and lacks proper amenities. Even the lift only fits one passenger with luggage, and the owner controls the AC and water heater from reception.

It’s a clean, well-kept new hotel with welcoming, helpful staff, and the location works well for offices, factories, MIDC, and the IT park. Rooms have the basics and are neat, though a little cramped for two; they’re just right for one person. There’s no breakfast buffet or restaurant inside, but nearby food is good. A comfortable, good-value choice for business travel.

Really good service and a handy spot close to the corporate hubs. The staff were very polite, and the rooms were neat and clean. One of the best hotels I’ve visited.
